The persistent look. History of Painting in Figueres, 1892-1960. 1892-1960.

This book follows a chronological thread that began in 1892 with the School of Fine Arts in Figueres, which marks the first signs of plastic life in the city and closes in 1960 with the first contemporary empordan pictorial art show. The pictorial concept of the Empordà School is understood as the nexus of different generations. The location of the unpublished correspondence reveals, for example, the intense relationship maintained by Salvador Dalí and Josep Puig Pujades until the death of the politician of Figueres.
