“Tale of Exhibition” 

In 2017, the M | A | C Mataró Art Contemporani produced the pilot project “Tale of Exhibition” with the participation of the Angeleta Ferrer school and Montserrat Solà school in Mataró. It was an initiative that lasted throughout the year, in which the girls and boys became curators of an exhibition that took place in the Exhibition Halls of Can Palauet.

The whole process, contents and sessions are included in this publication, written by Gisel Noè (director of the M | A | C) and Cori Mercadé (artist and educator of the M | A | C and the project), with the collaboration of the tutors of each school Susana Bacardí and Juanjo Duran and of Blai Marginedas. The design is of dosgrapas and the book has the illustrations of Lara Costafreda and the typographies of Clara Nubiola.

The book, adds the experience “Tale of ” of five exhibitions of the programming of the M | A | C that gave continuity to the project and that had the participation of other schools and  institutes.The publication is a multimedia edition that, through the M | A | C app, allows access to extra content in video format, made by Albert Poquet, which summarizes each of the sessions.
